The device for rewind and measurement of edge is intended for rewind of a furniture edge from the reel on the reel with simultaneous measurement of length of the rewound edge.

The device allows to measure quickly and precisely the necessary length. Inaccuracy during measurement is no more ±1 % though with increase of the measured length the relative inaccuracy decreases and, for example, on 100 m the absolute inaccuracy makes to 10 sm, i.e. only 0,1 %.

The board of the charge register has five categories; three first represent meters, last two - centimeters. Thus, represented on the board accuracy is 1 sm.

During the revolution of computing roller in the opposite direction, the indication of the length is made in the opposite direction, i.e. occasional movement of the edge to the back doesn’t influence the accuracy of measurement. During the casual excess of the necessary length it is also possible to rewind the edge in the opposite direction without inaccuracy.

The inclined position of the reels allows to reduce the space which is occupied by the device and also to facilitate and make the process of rewind more accessible. For rewind on the device it is possible to establish reels of the maximum diameter (to 800 mm), and the rewound reel can have the same diameter.

Established giving reels can have various inherent diameter (from 80 to 350 mm). For supporting of it with a construction it is anticipated three methods of a centering of rewound reels (see the photo below).

Edge’s rewind is realized manually. For facilitating of rewind of reels of big diameters the shaft of a reeling disk can be reset in such a way that the lever of the loading addition amplifies that does the process of rewind easier and comfortable (see the photo below).

The device is powered from the electric network through the adapter voltage of 12 V, which excludes electrical accident and does not demand grounding.

The product is intended for those who is engaged in edge’s selling in significant quantity, it will drastically anticipate and facilitate the process of measurement of edge’s length.

The guarantee is given to the device – for 12 months from the date of sale.
